Elite Camp

Due to Covid19 Pandemic, Elite Camp 2020 is cancelled.

​

The Elite Camp is for those goalies ages 13-20 years old playing at a high level, who are dedicated to taking their game to the next step of their goaltending careers.

 

This Camp will focus on the most advanced complex drills and techniques to help properly improve your game.

The Elite Camps on and off-ice conditioning will challenge you both physically and mentally in the most efficient manner to strengthen all your weakness and making you a more complete, controlled goaltender.

 

This 5 day Camp will feature:

 

• Video session   

• On Ice

• Off Ice       

• 1hr video prior to the ice session outlining the techniques to be used in the daily teaching.

•  Demo Goalie instruction, detailing each stations precise movement and exact positioning.

• Total of 10 hrs (2hrs daily) of on-ice high tempo station training with goalie specific drills.

• Total of 10 hrs (2hrs daily) of off-ice training that includes a 14 daily different specific circuit stations followed by a track & field or bike conditioning sessions.

• Goalie Jersey

 

The Elite Camp is a great experience for goalies that take their position serious, I want to provide a fun, but serious atmosphere so that each individual walks away understanding the position, allowing him or her to achieve their goal to play at the highest level possible.
